Pragmatism and Logic

This line seeks to focus on all researches that correlate the logical principle of pragmatism with the traditional epistemological problems of the history of ideas. Also, to investigate the logical implications of pragmatism and correlations between pragmatism, logic and the theory of knowledge. It particularly encourages the study of authors who are at the roots of classical pragmatism, such as Kant. Equally, it aims to study Semiotics as logic, addressing the theory of signs in light of pragmatism. It also promotes the translation of Charles Peirce's texts, many unpublished and still in manuscript form, obtained from the Peirce Edition Project of the University of Indiana.
