Annually organized by Wuhan University of Technology (China) and Yamaguchi University (Japan), and more recently by UNU-MERIT (The Netherlands), the 6th ICIM will take place at the city of São Paulo in Brazil from the 8th-10th of December organized by the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo, and coordinated by the Center for Future Studies NEF-PUCSP (Brazil).

NEF-PUCSP is pleased to offer a unique opportunity to join a conference with influential and distinguished speakers from academia like Zhouying Jin ( Chinese Academy of Social Sciences ) , Paul Werbos ( US National Science Foundation ) , Ladislau Dowbor ( PUCSP , Brazil ), Marcos Arruda ( PACS , Brazil ), Jerome Glenn ( Millennium Project , WUFUNA ), Hazel Henderson ( USA ) and from the private sector Rodrigo Loures ( CNI and FIEP , Brazil ), Ricardo Young ( ETHOS , Brazil ) ...

ICIM2009 will highlight current thinking and future trends in management of life supporting innovation, knowledge economy and emerging business models, focusing in particular on Sustainable Development. Representatives from a large number of countries will attend the event. The conference format includes plenary and parallel sessions with both academic and practitioner presentations. In addition, the conference will provide networking opportunities together with a taste of local culture.
